So, I've been thinkingโwhy wait for January and those oh-so-predictable
New Year's resolutions when we can start shaking things up right now?

I decided to dust off my running shoes (they were starting to feel neglected ๐) and hit the trails again, going on hikes, reconnecting with Mother Nature herself. ๐ฟ๐ & It's been soul-soothing and grounding in the best possible way.

And here's the cherry on top: I've just kicked off a 40-day challenge inside our community this week! with the hope of us all rolling into the festive season feeling energised, joyful, and in the best spirits ever!

So, if you've been feeling that little nudge to pick up a habit you've set aside or dive into something new, consider this your official invitation or a little kick up the arse!

I'm also gonna start a new thing this year too we're we both outline something a bit out of the norm on the content front for a month or so over @ instagram each year to make it more fun and to do some bucklist stuff & to the shortlist is the following so far :

- Tour The Van & Create A Food & Wine Blog Around Spain, Italy & France
