Ok so I am dropping by with 5 wonderful techniques to help you conquer Insecurity!

These are life changing techniques but only if you use them of course

By the way, the reason I am so passionate about sharing all these tools is because I suffered in the past with crippling anxiety, feelings of insecurity and low self confidence.

I don’t any more, so I’m here to share what works!

When we are insecure we are afraid.

When we are insecure we begin to compromise.

When we are insecure we just want to survive.

We’re thinking short-term, not long-term. When we are insecure there is no vastness, joy or connection with ourselves or each other.

“Insecurity does nothing but scare a person; it’s a scarecrow.”

-Yogi Bhajan

So here you go:

1.Take a cold shower

Taking a cold shower first thing in the morning might not be your idea of a good time. However, waking up with anxious, fearful or sad thoughts is probably not your idea of a good time, either!

But, cold water hydrotherapy—is an ancient, precise and very simple science.

It keeps your skin radiant, opens the capillaries, flushes the organs and tones the senses. This literally exhilarates your nervous system to flush insecurities away first thing in the morning!

2. Do 11 minutes of Chattra Chakkra Vartee Mantra

Mantra is Medicine and that’s just a fact! If you don’t like it yet that’s because you have not let it slip into your life there are so many studies on this beautiful subject honestly just give it a go it can 100% be a little weird listening to mantra especially because it’s in a different language but the benefits out way the weirdness

Chattra Chakkra Vartee is a powerful mantra that takes you out of the head and back to the heart. Insecurity is a head problem, not a heart problem.

This mantra removes fear, anxiety, depression, insecurity and phobias. It instills courage, fearlessness and brings victory.

This is my favourite recording of this mantra:

Chant along with it whenever you feel challenged or weak.

Play it in the car as you drive.

Then put it on ‘repeat’ softly in the background as you sleep or sit and listen/ chant for 11 minutes daily.

3.Meditate on this

I am not the BODY
I am not the MIND
I am the OBSERVER that dwells inside

Every problem is basically due to insecurity. If there’s no insecurity, there’s usually no problem! And, wherever there is insecurity there is also fear. Where there is fear you start projecting, expressing, asking for help, asking for sympathy. You talk, you discuss, you fight, you yell.

Becoming the observer is our place of “non ego” Insecurity comes from the ego.

4. Shake Your Body

Finally when you are feeling insecure and ruminating on it (like we do as humans) literally stand up and shake the insecurity off your body because remember everything is connected so sometimes trying to think your way out of a problem makes it worse.

Shaking your insecurity off your body physically changes your state. Doing this whilst listening to loud music helps because the vibration in the music penetrates negativity.

5. Yoga

I can’t not mention it although it’s probably a bit cliche etc as I run a membership on the stuff but the main reason that I do is because if bloody works!

As you go through a yoga practice, you’ll be encouraged to stop and take full, deep breaths during almost every single pose. During these moments, you’re able to focus all of your energy on feeling what’s going on with your body, and also hearing what’s going on inside your brain.

The practice of yoga is so much more than a physical exercise. Practicing yoga allows one to connect with their body and mind in a way that’s hard to do while running on a treadmill or lifting weights. A main focus of yoga is looking inward, listening to yourself and practicing positive thinking.
